Create Subs

https://api.3playmedia.com/v3/subs

Create subs for media in multiple target languages. If you post to /subs multiple times with different sets of source and target languages for the same "external_media_id," we'll ignore any pairs we've already processed and only add new pairs. You will not get callback_url calls for those that are duplicates.
